(Desserts, focaccia, and sauces from scratch, etc.) Trevor, not only were you an incredible captain but your remarkably timed excursions and attention to every detail (including safety) allowed us to simply relax and enjoy every moment. We know so much of what made this trip seamless happened behind the scenes, often without us ever noticing. Your hard work made it possible for our family to slow down and experience a level of relaxation we rarely enjoy.
