How It Works

From Charter Idea to Life Onboard

A clear, guided process that helps you choose the right yacht, crew, destination, and experience before you ever step onboard.

Step 1: Inquiry and Yacht Selection

  • Share your details: Tell us your group size, target dates, preferred destination (like the Caribbean or Mediterranean), and budget.
  • Review options: We provides a curated list of available catamarans, sailing boats, or motor yachts that match your needs.
  • Hold the boat: Once you pick a yacht, a temporary non-obligatory hold is placed while you review details.

Step 2: Contract and Deposit

  • Sign agreement: Review and sign the official charter contract outlining dates, pricing, and terms.
  • Pay deposit: Send a 50% deposit of the total charter fee, which is typically held in a secure escrow account.

Step 3: Preference Sheets

  • Detail your likes: Fill out a preference sheet covering food allergies, favorite meals, drinks, preferred activities, and special celebrations.
  • Customize experience: The onboard chef and captain use this sheet to tailor the menu, bar stock, and overall vibe for your group.

Step 4: Final Payment and Logistics

  • Pay balance: Clear the remaining balance and any advance provisioning allowance (APA) roughly 30 to 45 days before departure.
  • Finalize itinerary: Speak directly with your captain a few weeks prior to fine-tune your route based on weather and personal goals.

Step 5: Onboard Experience

  • Embark: Arrive at the marina or base to meet your professional captain and crew.
  • Enjoy the trip: Relax while the crew handles navigation, cooking, and daily cleaning as you sail to new destinations.
